If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us to return it.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item to us:

1. Request a Returns Number:

By phone on 01342 713524

by email at customerservices@natives.co.uk (tell us why you wish to return it)

2. Post back the item to uas with the return number clearly visible. It helps us dealign with your return a lot quicker.

CANCELLATION

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of our shipping them to you. Simple follow thoses steps:

  1. Get a Returns Number from us by calling 01342 713524 or emailing customerservices@natives.co.uk

  2. Ship the goods back to us (we are sorry we can't refund your postage cost for returning the item to us unless it is faulty).

  3. The goods need to be in their original, undamaged packaging, with all tags and paperwork in place. (we can't offer a refund on an item which has had its packaging damaged or can't be resold 'as new').

  4. You are responsible for goods until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage.

FAULTY GOODS

If the goods you received are faulty, please accept our apologies. 

You can return any faulty goods within 30 days of the day you purchased them by:

  1. Grabbing a Returns Number from us by calling 01342 713524 or emailing customerservices@natives.co.uk 

  2. Ship the goods back to us. We will refund your postage costs.

  3. We will replace the goods or refund your purchase, at our discretion.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. Unless faulty, DVD's will not be refunded if the manufacturers seal (cellophane wrapping) has been broken.

  2. All our DVD's are Region 2 compatible. If you are unable to play Region 2 DVD's, the goods are not deemed to be faulty. (Read the technical notes on Compatibility)

  3. Books, magazines or posters can't be refunded.

  4. Personalised items can't be refunded.

  5. We are unable to replace or refund items that have been used or worn in the sea unless faulty.
